    You must be beside yourself! I know I would be!!! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY DAY! By the way, I always laugh when people say 25,000 is a small town. I grew up in one that was 1,200 give or take a few souls who might die or move away.

    I have had some luck in my life but nothing like you just had ,
    I think I would have ask what she would've took for all of it
    while I was there ,but wow you got it for a steal!!! :D
