    My latest creation....

    A gift for a dear friend in Southern California. I worked on this quilt for about 2 months off and on. I made each nine patch square separate and then pieced it together. The solid sashing between the blocks covers where I sewed them together. Then I machine embroidered the center of each three striped nine patch block. I chose three dominant colors in the fabric.

    Gail r designed my label as per my instructions. Thanks Gail :)

    I love the embroidery on it. Matches the quilt perfectly! The colors are so pretty!

    I have the same exact material- I used some of mine to make a bargello table runner. I love the color green and blue goes nicely with it. You did a wonderful job.

    I should mention this fabric is from a jelly roll I purchased at Walmart.
