I know someone near me who would die for that quilt. Just be cautious Some of the fabric for printing gives specific instructions to make the pictures colorfast. I didn't do it their way and lost pictures of our Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup victory that I placed strategically in an art quilt for my daughter. I was crushed. Best stitches

It really is a lovely quilt. . . maybe he can use it as a wall hanging in his office if it's that stiff.

I love the depth of field you've made in your photo arrangement--it gives the feeling of actually looking out the window. Stiffness isn't good in a lap quilt, but it would be a benefit in a wall hanging, so I guess you must have had a wall hanging in mind all along! I hope that's what you do with this so your beautiful design is seen in all its glory. A big, snuggly lap quilt to coordinate would finish it off nicely.

I've done photo quilts and you can wash them but you can't put them in the dryer. The photo quilts I made were all for hanging. What I would do is hang it on the wall and make him another, lol. It's worth showing off, beautiful quilt and I love how you pieced it out.
