The work will pay off. When you start putting it together, it will go fast, since all the cutting is done. I will be looking for it to be finished. My granddaughter who just turned 7 loves to play in bins like this and so do I.

oh how funny!! you are keeping them in a cooler

On Thursdays & Fridays, our Good Will has $1 day, the "color of the week" is $1.00 - that is the section I always go to first. I look at the shirts/skirts/dresses just for the fabric - $1 is a great deal

The quilt is coming together a lot faster then I thought it would. All of the replies are giving me more encouragement to continue. It is starting to look great.

Scrappy and Patchwork are my favorites. I have made several structured quilts, that ended up to be so very boring that by the time I finished the quilts, didn't like them. So I stick to just doing patchy, scrappy quilts and am much happier than having to cut zillions of same color, squares/triangles and then put them together....ugh... just my personal preference. I do love to see the structured quilts tho....that others have done. I feel this quilt will be just "yummy"...

I absolutely LOVE scrappies, especially backed with unbleached muslin. You will have a ball putting yours together. Please share you finished quilt. Thanks for sharing.
