Definitely the white sashing.

It really lets the blocks shine and not become lost.

Beautiful blocks! I think the scrappy sashing is too distracting. You might try one plain color. You could pick any color you've used in the blocks. I think the white sashing makes the nine patches pop out and distracts from your wonderful blocks which deserve to be center stage.
