I was truly blessed hearing and seeing this beautiful quilt. And as you see love butterflys. But was not able to click on the links you gave . I will look again now that I see how beautiful yours have turned out and want to make one too. Hope you know that is a compliment from my heart.

Great job on the quilt. Granddaughter must love that quilt to pieces. Lots of good memories she had.

You'll probably have to cut/paste for the links. When they are in the body of the text it works, but now I've discovered they don't copy in photo headers!

Orange is not my fav either. But the majority of my scraps are in FQ, left from sewing the operating room hats that nurses wear. I get whatever they choose since they buy the fabric and pay me, and all I do is sew the hat and get the scraps!!

Beautiful quilt and a wonderful story. Quilts are great for tying the generations together and making memories. It's like a warm hug from those who made it.
