Your otter is really great! My dh loves otters so he would love this too! I have been doing the fusible patterns for a while now, off and on. Just finished "Wild Girl" which is one I have wanted to make for a long time. (Bigfork Bay Cotton Co. is no longer in existence so I was lucky to find it.) Next up is "Autumn Lady" by the same company. For some reason I really enjoy cutting out all the pieces and putting them together. I know it's not rocket science but I still enjoy doing it and especially like the results. You are right though, one does have to stand back a bit to really see the intended image better as the fabrics blend together. Hope you are going to hang this on a wall in your home since it is so great!

edited: I just went to look at the Wildfire Designs website. They have some great nature patterns. Thanks for putting me on to them.

Cute, I have a kit with pattern very similar to yours that I bought while on a cruise to Alaska. It was so much fun seeing the otters on the cruise!
