Great job, n2. Take a closer look, think your pic looks a little distorted only because of the unquilted areas! This is a great idea. What size square and sides did you use? OBTW--made up almost 50 9 patches yesterday with my 1 1/4" squares. Now dreaming of settings--snowball maybe? Later G

Here are the measurements:
The solid block finishes @ 4" and the whole block finishes @ 5-3/4". The borders finish @ 4-1/4".
I knew you would find a good use for all those squares they gave you!! Be sure and show the ladies at the guild what you made with it! That's fabulous! 50 nine patches will be so adorable with a snowball setting. Perfect! Will have to post the pic of my huge snowball quilt I did. You'll love it. It's so colorful. Made it for my niece. Well, thanks again, oksewglad, for bringing that to my attn about the distortion! Never would have thought of that, duh? Where's my brain these days?? lol. Thanks for the nice comments! Let me know if you make a PC quilt. Kudos!
