This Patriotic Quilt WIP still needs the binding. Since my friend Sherrie is doing the binding & my part is done (the quilting)...I just wanted to snap a photo before I passed the quilt on. This is a quilt that is being raffled to earn money for creating & sending packages to the troops at Christmas. My friend Sherrie & I put this quilt together. It was a puzzle. We arranged the military blocks first & then started filling in the spaces with Sherries Machine embroidered eagles & the pinwheel stars & pinwheels & assorted patriotic fabrics to fill in. We said it was a one of a kind quilt & Sherrie said Amen to that!! LOL (a lot of figuring, fitting & pinning etc & some seam ripping too) LOL

Thanks for all the nice comments! I haven't been on the computer much as I've been involved in a lot of projects & plus I work full time. I've been trying to get over & see my new granddaughter at least once a week & that has been wonderful. She is just a little over 1 month old. Again...thanks for all the nice comments!!
