Okay - here's my opinion for what it's worth.

Yes, you do see it as it shows as a distortion of the circle but, depending on the quilting pattern you are having done, it may help disguise or even hide the imperfection.

Talk to the quilter and get her/his opinion on how the quilting may/or may not disguise the area.

Then, it really comes down to your decision to hope for the best or, make the change before the quilting is done.

By the way - it's really a pretty pattern and colour way.

Best of luck with your end decision - do post a picture when it completed.

it is a beautiful quilt. If you are bothered with it I would get it back and fix it. I probably would because it would worry me to death.

Since it it a gift I think I'd get it back and fix it - if it were my own..... maybe not...

At first I thought it was a small block turned around but as I looked at the quilt again, it goes into the "circle". I would get it back and change it. You put so much work into this. That's IMHO

It depends on your personality. I did spot it and I would only see this error forever more. I would get it back and do a fast repair. That's just me.

What a lovely quilt! Personally, and especially since it's a gift, I would retrieve and fix it. Then you wouldn't have to worry about it.

It's up to you. I made a huge mistake in a gift quilt but did not discover it until I had quilted over half of the quilt so I quilted right over that little thing and nobody knows it but me.

What a beautiful quilt!! I actually see two areas that could use a twiddle, both in the same corner. If it were mine and there was just one place to fix I would leave it alone, but as there are two, I'd want to do them over.
