Here's my progress so far... this is a test block to see if I want to regular piece the off centre LCs or PP. I think I will regular piece but this one is slightly off so I have to be a bit MORE careful. :mrgreen: :-D

Thank you. I just love red an blue together. Would you have a problem if I created this quilt? The basic layout is from your original design. I am forever taking quilt designs and changing them up, just because its fun to do. I would also, like you, create different applique, rather than use what EQ has to offer. Great design and I am anxious to see your completed quilt.

No problem at all - you've changed it and made it your own. Of course there are similarities to mine. I'm in the process of doing my applique now. Please post yours when you're done, I'd love to see it. :-D

It definately has a contempory twist of traditional blocks and applique. I'd like to see more contrasting batiks. I'm anious to see how it evloves into a quilt. Have fun. It's gonna be beautiful.
