AllAboutScraps 08-16-2012 06:26 AM

MaryKatherine 08-16-2012 07:18 AM

I think it's great. I have yet to leap out my comfort zone and try McTavishing. Well done.

This looks great and it passed the quilt police as they seem to be taking a nap on it. Laughing.

matraina 08-16-2012 07:49 AM

What is so awful about it? I think it came out beautiful!

laurafet 08-16-2012 12:41 PM

You have made such a beautiful quilt. Do you really think that anyone is going to notice a few stitches out of place?? I think it is stunning!

Geri B 08-16-2012 02:29 PM

remember mctavishing is a freemotion thing and therefore what you did was fine.......she just presents a different way of "filling in spaces".........

hperttula123 08-16-2012 02:41 PM

looks great from what I can see. :)

Christine27 08-16-2012 03:05 PM

You did great! I just took a McTavishing workshop two weeks ago. I've been having fun doodling with it but I haven't tried it on my machine yet. I did frame my certificate which is proudly on display in my sewing room. :) Karen was SO nice as were all the teachers I had at the Machine Quilting Today show.

love to sew 08-16-2012 03:59 PM
