as frustrating as it must have been for you, I think this quilt came out beautifully. I love the simplicity of the block and want to add this to my list of 'quilts to make'. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Beautiful quilt, the colors just flow in such a nice pattern. The quilting, what I could see, looks great too.

I'm interested in what type of robotics you have on your Innova. I'm considering that addition but haven't done enough research on what's available.

I originally years ago had a PCQ which I then converted up to be an MQR. I use it along with ProQDesigner to layout and design my quilts. I'm pretty happy with the system. Here is the site http://machinequiltingrobot.com/

A very masculine (I want to say pretty) quilt. Movement is great. Pretty quilting. I am glad you are now pleased because you did a good job.

Wow - what an amazing quilt!! Your advice is well given too - sometimes it is so hard to continue, but so well worth it when all is said and done. Thanks for sharing!

Sounds like me! I love this quilt and have the book, ruler and fabric to make one. It's on my list. Lol
The quilt I am working on right now is my next 'keep on going despite the mistakes' project. I am making a quilt for my mom's 80th birthday. It was supposed to be a twin- it's 82"x118". Yes, it's not a twin quilt but a twin bedspread. I toyed with the idea of taking off rows, but decided to just keep going. Now i am trying to decide what quilting design to use and yes, I'm quilting it myself on my DSM. and her party is May 18. I will post the whole story, picture etc. when i get it completed.

Oh is this nice, the flow of it is wonderful and I like the colors.

I'm glad you kept going - it's a great quilt. Sometimes quilters (especially myself) aim for "perfect" quilts and then become too critical of our work, when in the overall scheme of things the quilts come out beautifully.

It looks great to me! What robotics do you have, since my understanding is that with any of them you should be able to adjust the pattern for size. I know Statler/Gammill does. I have an Innova with no robotics, but I know PantoVision (not really robotics) will adjust the pattern given the quilt size and would guess that Navigator and AutoPilot would do the same.
