Here are pictures of an upcoming group of fabrics by Quilting Treasures. It's not like most "pink ribbon" fabric groups... because there is no pink ribbon loop motif in these designs.
So... I'm wondering... was that a good idea or a bad idea? Quilting Treasures' previous groups were by Karen Neuburger, and they always featured the ribbon loops prominently. This one focuses on the ladies. If you were making a quilt... would you lean toward the tradition pink ribbons, or do you like the ladies? |

Here are some coordinates. The dots come in several other colorways, but you'll get the ideaL

And two more coordinates. The heart swirls also come in black-on-white and a color the maker calls dark magenta.
Finally is a small preview picture of the project that goes with this collection. |
Those are fabulous fabrics, would look great in the breast cancer awareness block swap! I love the pink hearts print.
|
Like the fabrics. When quilting a quilt using them you can always incorporate the pink ribbon design throughout the quilt or just in one area.
|
I like pink, and I like many of these.
I like the idea of supporting breast cancer research, but I don't want to be reminded every moment that breast cancer exists, and that's what the pink ribbon motif does. So no pink ribbons for me. |
I love Loralie and like all the fabric!
|
I like the ladies. They don't scream breast cancer to me and some patients like a more subtle approach.
|
I like the new line of fabrics, good choice.
|
I like them and I think that you could applique the pink ribbon on to one of the squares or borders if you wanted to
