Awesome! I wish I could work up enough courage to try FMQ.

About the gloves. They do make a difference. I use them for SITD and crosshatching. I don't have actual quilting gloves, but I had a pair of CLEAN ladies' gardeners' gloves with the little plastic dots. They work well.
