Don't know about your simile because I've only had the Piroulines. Yes, so yummy. I like to eat them with a dish of ice cream, poking the piroulines into the ice cream so the center gets filled. Bit off that filled part, repeat. Helps if the ice cream is sort of soft.

I would like my SQA to know I received her package last month. I am sorry to say that my camera is always where I am not -- so I will try to do justice to my package with a description:

There were butterfly sew-on gems, a quilt stencil (hearts), a spool wall hanging pattern, a menu planner pad, three lovely pieces of fabric (one which I think I might use in a tote my quilt group is currently making.), and a post card from Mississippi. This was a totally awesome package. I hope I didn't forget to list anything, if so I apologize.

My rather hot muggy August day turned into a very nice day. I got a package from my dear SQA Lula. I got four beautiful batik FQs and a great cards (see photo below). Inside of the card says, "Then I bang my head on it for a couple of hours." I appreciate her sense of humor!

I have the best angel of all. Just recieved a wonderful package. There were 6 fats of Halloween fabric, a magazine I did not have. Pretty stencil for hand quilting, that I love and a hanging angel. Thank you soooooo much. I have my new laptop and soon my gs will show me how to post pictures. Thanks so much, you are my special angel!!!!

Once again, I have to wait until I get home to post pictures, but once again my Angel has floored me with her generosity and her amazing ability to know exactly what I like!!

I got the CUTEST totebag that says, "When life gives you scraps, make quilts" Inside the tote were three gorgeous pieces of fabric, two packages of machine needles, the cutest pincushion designed to hang by a design wall, and a lighthouse wallhanging pattern that I can not wait to get started on!!!

Will post a photo tonite so you can all see how wonderful my sweet Angel is to me!! :)

I have not seen the graphite soap stone before, I love needles, always checking out different ones, I have never tried these before. They will come in handy appliquing the two pieces I am in process of designing.
The FQ are great colors, and I love, love the angels. The birthday cake fabic and card are to cute!! Also included is a hanging sign and thimble to add to my collection!

Just look at these really CUTE Halloween fabrics!And the pattern is great! I just bought the fabric yesterday for a diaperbag for my expected grandson on the way but hadn't gotten a pattern yet. Now I have one and it is perfect thank you!

Oh, what wonderful gifts our great SQAs have been showering us with. BrushandThimble, I'm going to have to check out charmpacks. I've never paid much attention to precut items except fqs. They look like such a good idea for getting related fabrics.

Today I have been cleaning house and doing laundry. Hubby brought in the mail and I was absolutely FLOORED!

the others were crazy quilts and I made up all the sewing rules myself....and broke all the rules.
