Thanks everybody!!! Well I didnt get to go sew, DH thought there was other stuff I needed to do! Boy I am glad he goes back to work tomorrow!!! :lol: :lol: ( He took vacation this last week to get stuff done on the home front)

I love it with the border Melissa I have no doubts that this will turn out simply beautiful...you have such alot of talent, try not to take toooooo long hand quilting, andyou could let us have a progress close up of your quilting when you start pleeeeeze!!! :D

I like it with the border too, canīt believe how quick that all went together Mellissa, When you quilt do you use a round frame?? Just interested and would you mark out a design on the quilt before you do it.
PS just got 2 blocks left to put on my quilt. Got a border on 2 sides now. I said how many weeks to you HUH and pigs might fly :lol: :lol: :lol:

guess I'm gonna be the odd man out... I like a border in a different fabric....Have you tried that???....just a thought.. :D :roll:

I have been wondering about that quilt Elle!!! I thought I saw a little piggy fly past my sewing room window the other day!!!!!! :lol: :lol:

Yes I do use a round hoop when I quilt, I had a big frame at one time but I cant quilt away from me so was having to do some tricky contortionists moves and it just didnt work for me so I went back to my hoop!!
