Variation of Grannies Stars

I started this quilt almost 2 years ago. Because it gave me tons of issues I'd lay it aside for other non frustrating projects. Quite pleased with how it finally finished. And the original post (no pics) for it is here on the QB http://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f1...d-t101094.html Its a story about my woes. Its a long post but will make you smile as you relate to some of my quilting errors.

Beautiful quilt! Absolutely loved reading your story! I was drinking my coffee while reading it and had to laugh because i literally have an almost empty bottle of bird dog whiskey up in my sewing room just for those frustrating times you mention. The nice thing is, I now feel...normal!

I've heard several longarmers say that a little nip here and there will keep you relaxed enough to quilt. I rarely need it anymore but its always on hand just for those unexpected frustrations. Glad I made you smile.

Your quilt is beautiful, congratulations on getting it done. Too pretty to be a UFO. The best feeling in the world, is the one I get when I stitch that last stitch in the binding!
