Absolutely beautiful, everything about it.

Wow, can't imagine drafting that one out in EQ. I will freely admit I am a total novice with the s/w. I just haven't spent enough time playing with it but even if I had, don't think I would have attempted trying to draw it in EQ. I really like the machine embroidered centers. I also think this block would make a very attractive quilt with each hexi treated as a separate block with sashing and not having the interwoven look.

Great quilt! Interesting design and beautifully done.

Beautiful quilt, designs etc, you knocked it out of the ball park with this one!

That’s a neat quilt! Using the same fabric for the thin blue inner border and the binding was a great idea (I hope you don’t mind if I steal that idea sometime) and I really like the way you quilted it. The more I look at it the more things I see that I like. I think I’d have a hard time parting with it.

Neat one, Patrice! Really interesting layout. I like the pattern, and also like the way you quilted it. Great choices

Rob

you are very kind. :)
the good thing about parting with it is that it's for a good cause.
and i can always make another.
and will. :)
