See, people without pets don't understand. When I adopted them I made a commitment to care for them the best way I could. If it means sacrificing some things, so be it. I am trying not to disrupt the basement sewing room too much; especially since I just cleaned it last week. Luckily no one else is in the house to care what I do and I rarely eat at the kitchen table so it might as well become my sewing area. Now that I found that both dogs are much happier without all the gates I can flow from room to room much easier; still can't go to the basement without endless barking but......

Thanks for asking. I posted some pics the other day. Look in "Update on Gus". There is a pic somewhere of him using the ramp. They both seem to really like it. Don't know how well it will hold up this winter; it may have to be rebuilt with exterior plywood.

The flower garden is all stencils. I did it about 10 years ago and have no intentions of getting rid of it. The grandkids enjoy it. They think that it is cool to eat "in the garden" even in the winter. I have birds nests on branches over the door and herbs in pots on the backsplash.
The iron is okay, doesn't get very hot or takes too long, or I am impatient, don't know which. It at least makes a good enough crease to make binding okay.
