I am by no means speedy, but the pattern is very easy. Hopefully easy enough to meet the dealine, LOL! Why oh why do I wait til the last minute to do things?

This is really looking GREAT. The effects of the flowers spilling into the quilt is a nice touch. I'll have to remember that. Are you going to long arm it or tie it??

Wish I had a Long Arm. So I will be trying to FMQ it on my machine. We will see how that goes. I want to try and cross hatch it but don't have tape for marking and I know I cannot sew a straight line by sight.

To make the spill over flowers I fused wonder under to a pice of the floral fabric and then cut out the flowers I wanted to use. Then ironed them on and appliqued around them. I thought maybe they would soften the harshness of the square blocks.

Off to try my hand at free motion quilting. Pray for me, LOL!

Beautiful quilt. I have those exact fabrics. Bought them because I love them without anything in mind. Thank you for your inspiration. I really want to get started on it now!!
