He has picked his spot! He's a handsome kitty. I once had one who looked like him.

He really is a beautiful cat.. I don't know much about cats, but from what I've heard, think I'll stick with the dog personality.. My guy is in the always wanting to please me mode..

I have had dogs all my life. When we downsized, moving from an 8 acre mini farm at the edge of national forest to a very new trailer in a park, we had to give up our husky-wolf mix who would have suffered in such a small place. (She adopted 3 preteen boys who live on a ranch.) DH decide that a cat would be a good idea. When he went to the animal shelter, Tiger Cat selected him. I now understand the truth of the statement that dogs have pack leaders but cats have staff. Nonetheless, Tiger and I get along pretty well, especially when I sit with a quilt on my lap and am thus available for cat petting.
