Your MC block in this quilt came out perfect so your hard work paid off. Really the first one is the hardest. I used Judy Mathieson's technique for making mine and I didn't find it too terribly bad. It is still my most favorite of quilt block patterns so I will definitely be making more in the future. Great job on your quilt.

Very beautiful! My husband is a retired firefighter whom worked for 32 years on a paid fire dept. He keeps asking for me to make him a quilt. You just gave me a great idea!
