This little girl will never forget you and all you've taught her!! You are a GREAT influence and inspiration to her! She did great! I really loved the kite tails on it as it adds so very much to this quilt. It's so adorable and the little purse is priceless with all its embellishments! ;-) :D   And you both had fun together - that's the best part!

You mean to tell me she's only 5????????? What a great instructor you are or she's a very smart student. She did a fantastic job. She must have your talent as well.

What a great system. You tell Sam what to do and she tells you what to do. Together you have created a very wonderful quilt.

When my smaller sewers come to visit, I put my sewing machine on the coffee table. It makes everything within reach, and by leaning down over it a bit, it's also easier to see just where the stitches are going. We started by following lines on paper. Another thing I did was to turn the speed of my machine down, so that no matter how hard the pedal is stepped on, the needle won't go too fast.

Hi,

Awesome quilt that your niece made! Wow, tell her to keep up the good work and learn more from you.
