    Very good job! From my viewing, such a good job I would never have guessed that this was a rescue. The modern editions of the 1930's era fabrics are faithful and true to that era judging by this project. Many kudos for you and your friend.

    Great rescue. It gives me a twinge in my heart- as a 3rd grader, I glommed on to my grandmothers unfinished Sunbonnet Sue squares when she passed on. They were a large part of my desire to learn to quilt. They were left in our old house when my parents moved, and I never recovered them, but they are at the heart of my quilting adventures.
