    Love the quilt! Everything about it- embroidery, patchwork, quilting, even the red flange! Great job.

    The blocks were 6 1/4" unfinished. I cant find the magazine now, but there was an Irish quilt with this setting where the blocks were green. It had an Irish scene in the center, and that is where the idea to use it to frame the redwork came about.
