Raven Quilt
#31
Thanks so much everyone!!!!
For a few years my workplace allowed me to work parttime hours (so I could get my girls off to school and then meet the bus again at the end of the day...they were very accommodating)...I would eat my lunch at my desk while I worked. We're on the 3rd floor and I had a window seat, right beside a light standard. Every day, this raven (I swear it had to be the same one) would come and sit on the light pole just feet away from my window, and he would watch me eat my sandwich while I worked...he must have spent forever trying to figure out how to get my sandwich. Poor guy! He must wonder where I went now that I get a real lunch.

You feel about the Ravens like I feel about the crows. They are the most interesting of birds and the more I observe them, the more intrigued I get. Their family orientation is so interesting and they really have a communal thing going that is so interesting to learn about.
And, PS, your quilt is really special.
