Yvonne, I LOVE the RED and the pattern. I'm planning a purple / lilac quilt for my granddaughter and think this pattern might just be it.

Love the cat ... since I have SIX of them.... Samantha (19), Sunshine (6), Beauregard, Billy White Shoes, Mr. Twigs and Little Bit (all 1 1/2 yrs)... and the last 4 were finds off side of the road. They lower our blood pressure and rule the house...

By the way, Little Bit swallowed a needle and thread. $267 vet bill to remove it. Thank goodness, they got it with a scope and didn't require surgery.

So lock the cats out of the sewing room !!

I have a cat who goes from room to room with me. She loves to lay on my table where I'm sewing, sometime right on top of the magazine I'm using to make my quilt. So I made her a bed in that spot and she's happy to sleep there while I quilt.

Yvonne, I just found this pix, we talked the last time I was on line in the chat room. Great quilt, why not do simple in the ditch? it will not compete with the fabrics which are so prominate. Quiltnurse
