Quilting Turtle - Your border looks very nice. Altho the colors don't look true in the picture, I'm sure that the colors on your border match the center real well. Good Job!! :D

Well, Barbsbus, this is the actual block in the border with the actual colors. It's a poor quality photo. It's from my cell phone, actually, because my regular camera batteries died. I seems like I'm buying a new battery for that camera every month. Time to look at rechargeables.

I'm loving this border. The blocks are so easy and fun to make and they're paper pieced, so they're coming out PERFECT! I am luvin' it.

I can't wait to get onto Terri's. I don't know what I'm going to do with hers, but I've got something queued up and I'll be playing around with hers in EQ and finding some really cool blocks to make a border with.

I'm sorry, Terri. I should have already sent Barb's out to you. You've been waiting. I just didn't know what to do with it. I've had it for a long time and it wasn't until just a couple days ago something finally clicked and I got it going.

I'll be sending it real soon.

And then I'll be working on yours. Wait until you see what I've got in store for you! (Actually, it's the fabric selection I'm stuck on. Turns out I have no yellow and no blue and yellow. I'm not big on floral prints like you are, so I just don't have any.

Quilting Turtle, I LOVE your border. I love the geometric designs and you did a bang-up job!

Cordelia....take your time on mine. No hurry.
I'll hopefully be home next week so I can finish up any WIPs I have going, especially the wedding quilts.

I am so busy with work right now. I'm buried. I've got some mesothelioma (asbestos) cases going now and a couple med/mal cases tomorrow and everybody wants their transcripts ASAP!

Plus, I teach court reporting part time at our community college.

So, I don't see myself getting to any sewing until this Saturday unless I get some time off this week.

But, I've already decided on the border I'm going to do for you and have the material ready.

I'm late on Barbsbus', but I'll be early on yours. Except, I still don't know who I am suppsed to send yours to when I'm done OR if I'm putting the last two borders on. I'm still not sure.

Let me know if I'm doing the last two or who I send it to next.

Thanks.

Tirni, your quilt is so pretty. I'd have trouble giving it away. I can give you my address and I'll take it! LOL  :?
