I love it! It's bold and I hope the baby loves it too!

I never had such a fine blanket when I was little. But all babies should have two or three of them.

I just had a regular old blanket that my mom said she had to cut in half and I apparently slept with it and carried it around with me.

When she tried to wash it, she said I made a fuss. So, she had to cut it in half so I would always have half and she could wash the other half.

I don't remember this, of course.

It's funny though, my mom back when I was eight crocheted a bold turquois and orange Navajo Indian blanket pattern with lots of fringes. She used to keep that blanket on our family room couch.

But, after a while she got tired of it and I kept it in my room. I've had that blanket for the last 25 years and sleep with it every night.

I love this quilt so much I'm desperately searching for the fabric. I've tried fabric.com, hancocksofpaducah, and a google search. Most places are now stocking her intergalactic line now. Any ideas?

    HELP!!

I was also searching for this fabric panel and didn't have any luck. If someone finds this panel please let us know where.
    Thanks

Thanks again for more lovely compliments on this quilt. I did some online searching too and it seems really difficult to find this panel online.

I bought it at Michael Levine in Los Angeles when I was there on a little vacation in March. They do still have it as the friend I was visiting went the other day to get it after seeing what I did with it. Guess that only helps those in the LA area though!

WOOT WOOT! I found some on ebay! And there's coordinating fabrics as well. Here's a link.

    Thank you!
I bought some! I hope it's the right one, I bought a yard on the pink background.

Mine had the white background but I cut the faces out and didn't use the background anyway. I guess it depends what you plan to do with it.
