Such a pretty scrappy! There are a lot of scrappy quilts posted today. I think I should pull out some of mine & get busy. You all are really inspiring me to do so. I would love to use some up.

When you "snowball" a corner, you put a smaller square on a corner and sew diagonally across that small square from one edge to the other. (Usually we mark that diagonal line or press it in with the iron.) Then you cut off the triangular corner and press the rest of the small square open to make your piece square again. If you do this all around a square, you end up with an eight sided piece, which reminds one of a snowball. So when we want a corner to be a different color, we call that snowballing. Jenny Doan from MSQC does this all the time.
