    Though I remember furry friends climbing screens when on the opposite side to me.

    Glad to know I am not the only one with a screen door on the sewing room :) I needed to keep the cats out, but not close the door. In the summer we put in 2 a/c units, one at each end of the house....the dining room window and the sewing room window to cool off the entire upstairs of my house. Sooooo DH said a screen door was my answer :) and he was so right. I thought it was going to look bad, but I was pleasantly surprised, it looks fine and the boys are out of my stuff :)

    My aunt put a screen door between her kitchen and living room when she had 3 kids under 3 years old.

    Not weird at all as I have done the same thing when daughter moved back home w/ her two cats & bun bun [yes a rabbit] that didn't mix well w/ my lil zoo....we quilters are very creative .
