YES! But I told myself that I have to have everything cleaned up & in it's proper place. I went thru a lot of the junk I pulled out of the room, but I have some more to do to put the house back in order. I have a project waiting though...
Ok - I just couldn't resist any longer...last night I sewed some scrappy quilt squares that I am going to use for a sewing machine cover. It felt so good having my new work area...very comfy!

Your room is really starting to come together. Love the window in it.

lol...it's not actually a finished product yet. All that I got done yesterday was clearing out the junk & rearranging the furniture. Of course, doing that created a to-do list for "beautifying" the room:

~ peg board for rulers, etc. on wall behind cutting table
~ design wall on wall behind sewing machine
~ new ironing board (made rectangle so ironing quilts is easier)
~ and lots & lots of "pretties" to decorate & brighten up the
room. Including, of course, a quilted wall hanging, not yet
designed.

I saw your post with the pictures of your room. Would you please come decorate mine? Pretty please, with a stash of fat quarters on top?

I have use of the entire double door closet for storage. That will be my next project and yes, will be using your idea of cubicles & shoe cubbies.

I KNEW IT!!! Same thing happens to me every time I start to clean up and organize my room! Don't forget to post pix when you are all done, and oh yeah, a pix of that new sewing machine cover would be nice to see, too!
