Hi Suz The turorial for the flowers was found at http://thermoweb.com/blog/shabby-chi...llow-tutorial/. I downloaded it last April. You start by ironing fusible web onto a piece of fabric. Then cut it out into a flower shape. This was blanket stitched onto the block background. Additional layers were added using a stitch about 1/4 inch in from the edge of the diminishing flower circles. Because this was created for a child, the center was stitched as well. If you were using this for another purpose, you could use a button for your center. Hope this helps.
