    I like this suggestion...plain blue border first to break it up then add it or better yet...blue border and then use the strips for the binder.

    I vote for the horizontal stripes, too. Can't decide on the solid blue or not, also.

    Changed my mind. I think I would like a solid or not-too-busy blue stripe first.

    Just noticed your moose. So cute. Love moose!

    I like the horizontal border, and if you mitre the corners , that'll look really neat!
