    She's a beauty. I just bought a 301 (without the cabinet) and have to have the cords replaced, but I can't wait to sew on her.

    Yes, mine can be removed from the cabinet very easily and also has the knee control.
    I learned to sew on this machine when I was about 10 or 12 years old so it's like having a long lost child in the house. :-)
