I love their DMC thread to applique with. (NOT to be confused with DMC embroidery floss!) I have most of the colors. SIGH, hobby addiction is seriously bad for the pocket book.

I worked for 40 years & deserve all that I want. (What I tell ME anyway! :mrgreen: )

OH OH OH!!! Look toward the bottom!!! They have the Little Brown Bird on CD now!!! I have the book! Last time I ordered it was Karen Stones' NY Beauties. Oh dear!!! Did not know they had Little Brown Bird!!! Fingers are twitching........

Melissa, that is looking good! I really like to hand quilt too. It does take longer but is very relaxing and since it is sooo pretty to look at, you shouldn't mind the time

Hi Melissa!! Your quilt is looking great!! I just love it :D Do you prefer an oval hoop to a round one? Mine is round--could that be why I do not like to hand quilt? :lol:

Actually Marcia, I like my round hoop best. This one is a stand that I bought at a garage sale a few years ago and I never really liked it, but decided to give it another try, still not sure that I like it but I am getting more used to it I guess!
