Oh, the quilts are so cute, blessings to you for doing charity work. The rolls look yummy. I have just re-kindled my love affair with baking and if you haven't heard of this site, let me introduce you. http://www.kingarthurflour.com/
They have everything to fine tune your baking and fabulous recipes. I have missed real bagels since moving from NY and their recipe is great, but you need the secret ingredient from them, lol. The english muffins are fabulous and so is PJ's thin pizza crust. Have fun.
