It's going to be a beauty!
Though I do wonder, now that you have made those first cuts, how it's going to "wait in the wings" .... it'd be calling to me and saying NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
Can't wait to see it develop!
I hear you! But, I live in a small mobile home with hubby and FIL. I have a very small area in my bedroom to sew. When it's time to do the quilting, I have to rearrange the dining room and set up out there. It's a hassle, and I can't leave it set up there for more than a couple of days. So, I only quilt on the weekends. We had a fire at our other house and have spent all but 1 weekend since July there fixing it. I've been so anxious to return to my quilting! So here we are now at the weekend and it makes more sense to quilt than to piece. It won't be long until I get to it...I should be able to start piecing it next week.
