Schnauzers are wonderful! We've had five....but they didn't get their own personal quilt. I'll have to work on that for Nikki, our latest.

What a cutie, Gertie is :D How pretty her valentine quilt is also. Does this mean she will have one for every season and holiday?

This is my schanuzer, Sassy she has 4 quilts and everytime I make a new one she has to look it over.. a friend sent this Miss Piggy to her for Christmas... she thinks all stuffed animals are hers!! She also sleeps with us and doesn't want to get up in the morning... I get ups and cover all but her nose... she doesn't want the light in her eyes... spoiled... don't you just love them!!

My 5 month old mini puppy hasn't been allowed in my sewing room yet, he would really create chaos. Can hardly wait till he "grows up" and can keep me company.

The c olors in the quilt are beautiful. Your Gertie looks just like my Maggie Mae. Who is 10 yrs old and she follows me every where I go. As soon as I sit she is on my lap. Then Simba comes to my lap (our Cat). The golden retriever would love to get on my lap but he is way too big. 120 pounds big. I love my schnawzer and of course the other one too.

The more I see of Schnauzers, the more convinced I am that our rescued dog is a Schnauzer mix. If you do emb. have you seen the great schanuzer designs on Advanced Embroidery designs....just beautiful.

She looks like mine too and hangs out the same. Love her whittle doggie quilt. Aren't dogs and cats lucky to have us as their owners. My brother told me when he dies, he wants to come back as one of my dogs.
