Your quilt is beautiful and very meaningful to those of us who have had fur babies climb those stairs. This pattern is on my bucket list for 2015.

For those of you who have never seen it, this pattern is by McCalls called Stairway to Cat Heaven and was available for free online once upon a time. I gifted this to my parents for Christmas and they loved it. I love black cats (have 2 of them) and my family has had 4 cats throughout my childhood (2 are still around) so it seemed to suit us well. Hopefully it will keep them warm when they are camping in the spring and fall!
Can you please tell me what size a finished 9 patch is?Originally Posted by lizzie3

I love, love, love your quilt. The colors are great and the cats are wonderful. I love any quilt that has a fur kid theme.
I made that quilt and called it 'Stairway to Airedale Heaven'.
