    Stairway to Cat Heaven

I know I know this pattern has been made a lot, but its the one quilt that really inspired me to quilt!

For those of you who have never seen it, this pattern is by McCalls called Stairway to Cat Heaven and was available for free online once upon a time. I gifted this to my parents for Christmas and they loved it. I love black cats (have 2 of them) and my family has had 4 cats throughout my childhood (2 are still around) so it seemed to suit us well. Hopefully it will keep them warm when they are camping in the spring and fall!

Very well done. Saw one in a show once. I think they're cute. I am currently working on a silhouette cat wall hanging with batiks. They are so colorful.

Your quilt is beautiful and very meaningful to those of us who have had fur babies climb those stairs. This pattern is on my bucket list for 2015.

I love, love, love your quilt. The colors are great and the cats are wonderful. I love any quilt that has a fur kid theme.

I made that quilt and called it 'Stairway to Airedale Heaven'.

Thanks for the size of the finished blocks. I can't get your link to the pattern to work. It says page can not be displayed.
