I like them both. Either would make a really pretty quilt.

Both are nice! The first one has more graphic "punch", and in great colors!, and block two seems "softer" with the lovely floral centers. Not much help, huh-?

Love #2 more. Maybe make the star out of same fabric on #1 or change the color to sort of match the purple. Both r nice.
