This was a kit from Connecting Threads. I did the paper piecing, and had my very talented local quilt ship owner do the long arming for me. She used a sort of aqua color thread for the central part of the design, and a darker, sort of jewel tone variegated thread for the borders.
It now hangs on our cubicle wall at the office.

Thank you all for the kind remarks! I thought the kit was very reasonably priced; the instructions were clear; and there were ample fabrics. I think my LA-er stretched the quilt a little too much, because some of the lines that were straight now aren't, but I'm still appreciative. I knew she could quilt up the storminess it needed, much better than anything I could do on my home machine. Some day I hope to get a LA machine of my own.
