    Black gets my vote, but honestly any dark color will look great. Beautiful quilt.

    Beautiful... beautiful... I love it, you did an outstanding job on this quilt....

    I agree with some of the others.. black,, it will give it a frame...
    I hand quilt also.. takes a long time... plus I use my long arm... but the work that went into your beautiful quilt.. Oh My !!!! great job...

    Beautiful, fantastic quilt, and the quilting is wonderful. I would do a scrappy binding.

    I just worked on it as time allowed. But, roughly looking at man hours, it too me a couple of months. It's huge.
    My friend, you have really outdone yourself this time. It is awesome! At first I had thought that black would be the way to go, but now, after seeing some of the comments of others, I think any of the dark colors you have used would be great. I see a solid dark red, a solid very dark green, or the dark blue would be equally appropriate. :thumbup: And with all that you have on your plate at home, two months is not a long time at all. I hope you keep this one for yourself.
