    Swap Quilt

    Just finished.
Knowing that blue is a "difficult" color , how do you like this color gradation ?
    Tks.

I like. It's very pretty. I'm not a big blue person but yesterday I went to Joann's and they had a lot of pretty blues so I bought some to make placemats. I bought a dark, a medium and a light. I hope they come out as pretty as yours.

    why is
    'blue a difficult color' ???
in the past 5 years i've made probably a dozen blue quilts---i do get (tired) of using blues----but they always make wonderful quilts- just wondering why you said that blue is difficult? is that a (general consensus? or your personal feelings about the color?
