I once went to visit a friend who was sewing. I spied a few blocks in her waste bin and I asked her why she threw them out. She said, "I made mistakes on them". I aksed if I could have them because they were so cute. I came home and put them together and they made the cutest doll quilt. Next time she saw it she wanted them back. We laugh every time she sees it at my house.

Wow Ninnie - you MUST have foundation pieced those! Tell me you did, or I'll fall on my sword now! NOT that FPing those teensy weensies would be easy! How small are the middle squares -are they squares or atoms?! LOL

Some are paper pieced and others are foundation. (just learned the difference the other day on here) Thanks ladies. The paper works ok but getting it off is a pain. Then I found out how to print on fabric and I was off and running. The centers are about 1/8th inch or so.

If you look at it sideways, it looks like a dog dressed in plaid, just needs a button for an eye.

or have I lost it?
