    I sew love it when I see families that pass down skills to their offspring. I mother (now 90 yo) sewed for many years while we were growing up. My 3 sisters and I all learned at an early age to sew and we still get together although we live far apart and have 'sewing soiree's'.

    great quilt...whoever gets it will be fortunate. Question: where the tumblers precut or did you/Mom cut them out? I have the die for my GO and now for sure I am going to do one after the holidays!!!! Thanks for reminding me about how neat that silly block looks!!!!

    Beautiful quilt and quilting. You both did a wonderful job on it. Good for your Mom is still able to keep busy and continue her quilt making.
