Thanks! It is cotton. I used shout color catchers. They were hardly discolored. I would have thought with all that blue there might have been a problem but there wasn't!

This quilt went to it's little boy and the report is he LOVES it! He has been twirling around on it looking for the things he likes. I'm going to hope they send me a picture of him with it. Thanks everyone for your kind words.
