I agree that's an interesting way to set blocks on point. You should be proud of your efforts to help the Aid to Adoption of Special Needs Children, as that is a wonderful organization. I have a friend who's adorable DGD has special needs but was adopted by her daughter and SIL. I've seen first hand how this precious child has blossomed under their love and care, as she was also abused but what a transformation in such a short time, especially after they adopted her.

Thanks for answering, Love to sew. I tried to find the pattern by searching for "Twist and Shout" , but it didn't come up. But I only did that on her site. Now that you have answered, I will just do a Google search...... It sure is cute and I'd like the pattern. I see that you answered how many squares and the size.....that's good for an I Spy Quilt.....
